Cea de-a doua reşedinţă a Virginiei şi a lui Spiru HARET este una în care volumetria şi faţadele sunt de factură funcţionalistă. Casa are parter şi două etaje, cu scara accentuată în zona colţului şi balcoane la faţadă, care se continuă cu o zonă de tip bovindou peste garaj, tipic pentru imobilele interbelice. În planurile publicate din revista din 1976, în utilizarea din perioada R.S.R., casa cuprindea un parter cu zonă de zi şi de noapte, cu accesul spre zona de servicii/bucătărie din spate, care cuprinde şi o scară de servici, şi două etaje identice cu zonă de noapte şi o zonă de zi, dar care înglobează birouri, zona de zi fiind redusă la hol-sufragerie, fără lumină naturală. Aceste planuri diferă de cele de la arhive, faţă de care sufrageria a fost înlocuită cu dormitoare la etaj. Se pare că în istoria ulterioară a utilizării casei al doilea etaj este proprietatea unei alte familii, existenţa unei bucătării şi zone aferente la toate nivelele făcând posibil acest lucru. Observăm în plan pereţi de umplutură şi marcări ale unor noduri de tip stâlp, care ne conduc la ideea unei construcţii tot din beton armat. Restaurarea casei s-a redus la o parte a acesteia.

The second house of Virginia and Spiru HARET is one in which the volume and the facades carry a functionalist influence. The house has a ground floor and two upper floors, with the staircase emphasized in the corner region and balconies on the facade, which are continued with a bow-window area over the garage, typical for the buildings of the inter-war period. In the plans published in the 1976 magazine, in the use during the socialist time, the house included a ground floor with day and night zone, with the access to the service zone/kitchen from behind, where there was also a service stair, and two identical upper floors with night and day zone, but which include offices, the day zone being reduced to hall-dining room, without natural light. These plans differ from those in the archives, compared to which the dining room was replaced with bedrooms in the upper floors. It seems that in the later history of the use of the house the second floor is in the ownership of another family, the presence of a kitchen and the related zone on every level making this possible. We see in the plan the infill walls and markings of nodes resembling columns, which leads us to the idea of another reinforced concrete building. The restoration of the house was reduced to treating only a part of it.
