Reşedinţa familiei GEORGESCU are o siluetă masivă, dominată de volumul înalt din stânga intrării principale. Evidenţiat şi la nivelul acoperişului, doar acest volum privilegiat a fost decorat şi cu o cornişă ornamentală, cu un iz Art Deco. Vila are o siluetă care duce cu gândul mai mult la Neo Românesc, dar puţinele ornamente sunt foarte epurate, iar vitrajele generoase situează şi mai exact reşedinţa în contemporaneitate. Recentele lucrări la fațade îngreunează foarte mult amplasarea clădirii între limitele unui stil anume.
Detaşat cu circa doi metri de restul faţadei şi cu un nivel mai înalt, volumul vertical tip foișor, vădit simetric transformă ce rămâne din faţada principală într-un fundal pentru acesta.
Vila este amplasată mult retras faţă de stradă, atipic pentru parcelarul Elefterie, iar momentan este în cursul unei ample renovări.
The GEORGESCU residence has a massive sillhouette, dominated by the tall volume, on the left side of the entrance. Evidențiat și la nivelul acoperișului, only the privileged volume was decorated with an ornamental cornice, with a hint of Art Deco. The villa has a sillhouette that would lead us to place it within the Neo Romanian style, but the ornaments are over-clensed and the large windows place the residence more firmly into contemporary times. The recent facade works make it very difficult to pin a particular architecural style to the building.
The symetrical, tower-like volume, detached by almost two meters from the rest of the facade, and a level higher than it, turns what is left of the facade into a background for itself.
The villa is very retreated from the street alignement, unusual for the Elefterie Residential Park, and is currently undergoing ample restorations.
