Clădirea, deşi realizată în cooperare cu arhitectul Jean POMPILIAN (1872-1938), este una din cele mai reprezentative pentru creaţia arhitectei. Construcţia este dintre cele mai vechi creații ale Virginiei ANDREESCU HARET, şi planurile se găsesc în Arhivele Naţionale din Calea Văcăreşti. Este înscrisă pe lista monumentelor istorice cod LMI B-II-m-B-18891.

De construcţie s-au ocupat arhitectul Raul NEGRU şi inginerul Valer PALER. Palatul este de dimensiuni mari - parter, subsol şi 7 etaje. Sala de festivităţi se află la etajul I, până la etajul IV. Etajele cuprind şi spaţii anexe şi administrative ale instituţiei. Aceste patru etaje, deşi reflectă spre exterior spaţiile anexe şi administrative în distribuţia ferestrelor, sunt marcate ca atare în faţadă, formând un registru comun. Etajele 5 şi 6 formează registre separate, iar etajul 7 este mansardat. Decoraţia este în stil clasicizant. Din 1991 se află într-o continuă restaurare.

The building, although designed in cooperation with architect Jean POMPILIAN (1872-1938), is one of the most significant for the work of the architect. This structure is also one of the earliest of Virginia ANDREESCU HARET’s creations, and the plans can be found within the National Archives in Calea Văcăreşti. It is listed as monument with the code LMI B-II-m-B-18891.

The construction work was conducted by architect Raul NEGRU and engineer Valer PALER. The palace is one of large dimensions - with ground floor, basement and 7 upper floors. The festivity hall is on the 1st floor, raising up to the 4th. These floors also contain the annexes and the administrative spaces of the institution. These four floors, although reflecting to the exterior the annex and administrative spaces through the distribution of windows, are marked as an ensemble in the facade, creating a common registry. The 5th and 6th floor form separate registries and the 7th floor marks the mansard register. The decoration style has a powerful classical resonance. The building has been undergoing a continuous restoration process since 1991.
