Concepută pentru familia inginerului Dumitru Stoica, situată pe fosta stradă Mihai Eminescu, casa face parte dintre creaţiile Moderniste ale arhitectei. Se remarcă însă cornişa cu model geometric, de influență Art Deco, folosită şi în cazul altor construcţii de locuinţe concepute de arhitectă (de exemplu la casa din Intrarea Spătarului 8, de stil neoromânesc). Vocabularul casei utilizează elemente regăsite şi în alte case Moderniste ale arhitectei, precum geamul de colţ, preluat atât la parter, cât şi la etaj, cuplarea câte trei a ferestrelor de mici dimensiuni de la ultimul nivel, marcarea soclului construcţiei care exprimă un demisol înalt, protecţia intrării printr-o copertină subţire, din beton armat, fereastra rotundă de tip ‘pachebot’. Ca element specific al volumetriei, putem cita intersecţia în cruce a două volume ieşite în consolă la nivelul etajului (pe faţadele de sud şi de est), şi balconul cu formă rotunjită, cu balustrada din feronerie, continuat pe aceeași orizontală cu un alt mic balcon situat la celălalt capăt, pe faţada de est. Se remarcă deasemenea o subtilă curbură pe faţada de acces a clădirii, în legătură cu intrarea şi copertina care o protejează.

Conceived for the family of engineer Dumitru Stoica and located on the street formerly called Mihai Eminescu, the house is part of the Modernist creations of the architect. The cornice is decorated with a geometric pattern, of Art Deco influence, also used in the case of other dwellings conceived by the architect (as Intrarea Spătarului 8, in Neo-Romanian style). The vocabulary of the house deals with elements that can be generally found in other Modernist creations of the architect, such as the corner window, used as well in the ground floor and in the upper floor, the pack of three small windows above, the tall basement that expresses a high underground level, the protection of the entrance by a thin reinforced concrete canopy, the circular window in a ‘cruise liner’ style. The crossed intersection of two rectangular volumes at the upper level is characteristic for this house, as well as the balcony which ends with a rounded slab, with an iron railing, continued with another small balcony at the other side, on the same horizontal axis. A subtle curving of the main facade, in relation with the entrance and the protection covering may be observed.
